When shopping at Access2Books, using our Internetshop, you must accept that a final buying agreement will not be made before an employee from the company have processed your order. Access2Books reserves its right to cancel an order, due to soldout products, wrong pricing, products not available, risk of credit card fraud or in other cases.

General Terms & Conditions
1.Access2Books is a ‘not-for-profit’ community interest project that produces and publishes children story books in Giant Print and Braille.
2.As such, we are governed by the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 and the CLA licence we hold.
3.In accordance with the Act and the CLA, we produce copyrighted publications in an accessible format for an authorised person, provided it is not already available in that format and we have sought permission from the holder of the rights of the publication - usually the publisher and author.
4.When you buy from Access2Books, you do so in full knowledge that the copies you purchase are for the personal use of an authorised person according to the act - who are most likely to be adults or children with macular conditions, maybe cataracts and other sight conditions that affect the macular and therefore reading. Another group is people with learning disabilities who require giant print and illustrations to support their reading. The design will also assist people with physical conditions that affect co-ordination and dexterity.
5.For the purpose of monitoring its reproduction, you are asked when placing an order to provide the name and address of the person who requires this format as described above, or if you are an organisation such as a school, library or charity then you can refer to your students or members.
6.The Act and CLA only allows Access2Books to operate as a ‘not-for-profit’ project. Any charges made to Access2Books for displaying or selling-on our books must only be the cost of doing so and must not contain a profit element as this will invalidate the copyright permission given to Access2Books under the Act and CLA.
7.When you buy books from Access2Books you agree to the terms and conditions above.
SALE or RETURN ORDER. You can return the Book using the package and return label. Or you can keep the book and pay the invoice within 30 days sent under separate e-mail.
